How Do We Produce ?

For over 30 years, the sole and singular brand owner of COOK, Sedat Tahir Inc. conduct production activities with its 300 personnel and with 20.000 tonnes of production annually in closed area of 20.000 square meters located in ASO 1st Organized Industrial Zone. Bringing firsts to kitchens; conducting more than 40 brands, and performing exportation to over 30 countries, our company, is the first one to introduce oven bag (roasting bag), cling film (food wrap), baking paper, and finally biodegradable cling film in Turkey. With its immutable principles of the total quality management and customer satisfaction, Sedat Tahir Inc. bears ISO 9001/2008 Quality Management Systems, ISO 22000/2005 (HACCP) and BRC certifications.

We serve in every province in Turkey with our administrative center and headquarters located in Ankara and with our regional representatives nationwide. Working with the most powerful firms in their regions in franchising procedure; we reach our customers with our cooperation with nearly all chain retail groups.

Customer Satisfaction

After production conducted in COOK facilities, the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) cost management and improved inventory tracking are carried out. A single package within the supply chain can be investigated thanks to “traceability number” to find out where it is produced and whick part or box it belongs to, namely, all tags.

COOK has no room for surprise in its facilities!

You can complain about a COOK product you use and you are not satisfied. Evaluating all customer complaints sensitively, your product is replaced free of charge if necessary. The source of the problem is identified and necessary measures are taken to prevent the recurrence. In the event of finding any defects in products by using control samples (e.g. a health threat or a serious problem), its quick and easy to recall; enables us to quickly withdraw from the market all of a party if necessary. Fortunately, we have not still needed such thing at all. As well as your complaints, you can send your suggestions through the contact form on our site or using the free consumer hotline.

Clean World Movement

“Litters to Garbage Bags, not Nature!”

Launched in 2008 for the first time in Europe by a group environment volunteers as Cleaning Day event, and transformed into Let’s Do It! Clean World project, this project has become an organization attended by 9 million people around the world. In our country, events have been organized with the participation of environmental volunteers in several provinces since 2012, and national cleaning day activities was held on May 10, 2014.

This year, we parcitipated as Sedat Tahir A.Ş. with the motto “Litters to Garbage Bags, not Nature” and supported Environment Volunteers from Ankara in a environment cleaning event held in Turan Güneş Boulevard METU Forest land accompanied by Çankaya Municipality in Ankara.

Hygiene in the Kitchen of our School Project

In our projects developed with our understanding of making a difference to through contributing to the development of environment and our society, our objective is to implement positive works to support our country, society and nature as much as we can.

To this end; we have implemented “Hygiene in the Kitchen of our School Project” with a view to support cleaner and healthier lives of 200 disabled children receiving education in Ankara Ali Aktürk Education Practice School and Work Training Center. Within the scope of the project, we have renewed refectory and kitchen of the school to implement a tiny change in lives of our disabled students.

As Sedat Tahir A.Ş. family, we are proud to develop and implement projects together with official institutions and organizations for disabled citizens.

Taste Solidarity Project for Family House

On behalf of “Family House” that was established by Hope Foundation for Children with Cancer and that provides accommodation service for sick children and their families in Istanbul, “Taste Solidarity Project for Family House” event was held on November, 17 with support from famous chiefs and Derya Baykal. As Sedat Tahir Inc. family, we are very proud to take part in “Taste Solidarity Project for Family House” event with our COOK branded products.
