• Preheat your oven not to exceed 200 degrees.
• Coat inside of the bag with 1 teaspoon of flour.
• After putting the material to be cooked, fasten the bag tightly with the ruffles from the package.
• To discharge excess steam, open a few tiny holes by means of a needle.
• Place the bag on a tray not shallower than 6cm in the oven.
